Patch Panel: No Exterior Hook and Lupe Panels Included but Has Sleeve pockets that allow sewn-on patches.
Water Resistant: Yes, it is made with a three-layer waterproof, windproof, but still breathable material for the best dry and conferrable performance in any weather condition.

Test Info: This coat was NOT LSF Tested, and Tru-Spec is NOT an LSF recommended brand at this time. The coat remains in its original packaging, with tags still attached. It was issued to a top LSF repeat customer by their department but is the wrong size. It is nonrefundable from the purchaser the department went through.
